How to choose and install CNC lathes?
CNC lathes, also known as CNC lathes, that is, computer digital control lathes, is currently the largest domestic use, the most extensive coverage of a CNC machine tool, accounting for about 25% of the total number of CNC machine tools. CNC machine tools are mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, microelectronics and information technology as one of the electromechanical integration products. It is a working machine with the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, high automation and high flexibility in mechanical manufacturing equipment.

The technical level of CNC machine tools and its percentage in the output and total ownership of metal cutting machine tools is one of the important indicators to measure the overall level of national economic development and industrial manufacturing of a country. CNC lathe is one of the main varieties of CNC machine tools, it occupies a very important position in CNC machine tools, for decades has been the world's general attention and has been rapid development.
CNC lathe, turning center, is a high-precision, high-efficiency automatic machine tool. It has a wide range of processing properties, can be processed straight cylinder, oblique cylinder, arc and various threads. It has various compensation functions of linear interpolation and arc interpolation, and has played a good economic effect in mass production of complex parts.
Folding mounting method
1. Lifting and transportation
The lifting and positioning of the machine tool should use the special lifting tools provided by the manufacturer, and other methods are not allowed. Do not need special lifting tools, should use wire rope in accordance with the instructions to lift and position.
2. Foundation and location
The machine tool should be installed on a solid foundation, and the position should be away from the vibration source; Avoid sunlight and heat radiation; Store in a dry place to avoid moisture and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, anti-vibration trenches must be set around the foundation.
3. Installation of machine tools
The machine tool is placed on the foundation and should be levelled in a free state, and then the anchor bolts are evenly locked. For ordinary machine tools, the level reading does not exceed 0.04/1000mm, for high-precision machine tools, the level does not exceed 0.02/1000mm. When measuring the installation accuracy, it should be carried out at a constant temperature, and the measurement tool should be used after a fixed temperature period. When installing the machine tool, efforts should be made to avoid the installation method that causes the machine tool to produce forced deformation. When the machine tool is installed, some parts of the machine tool should not be removed arbitrarily, the removal of parts may lead to the redistribution of the internal stress of the machine tool, thus affecting the accuracy of the machine tool.
4. Preparation before test run
After the geometric accuracy of the machine tool is qualified, the whole machine needs to be cleaned. Use cotton or silk cloth impregnated with cleaning agent, not cotton or gauze. Clean off the anti-rust oil or anti-rust paint applied to protect the guide rail surface and machining surface when the machine is delivered. Clean the dust on the outer surface of the machine. Apply lubricating oil to each sliding surface and working surface as specified by machine tool.
Carefully check whether the parts of the machine tool are added to the oil as required, and whether the coolant is added to the cooling box. Whether the oil of the machine tool hydraulic station and the automatic lubrication device reaches the part specified by the oil level indicator.
Check whether the switches and components in the electrical control box are normal, and whether the integrated circuit board is in place.
Energized start centralized lubrication assembly, so that each lubricating part and lubricating oil path filled with lubricating oil. Make all preparations before the operation of each part of the machine.
Numerical control machine tool is short for digital control machine tool, is a kind of automatic machine tool equipped with program control system. The control system can logically process and decode programs with control codes or other symbolic instructions, so as to make the machine move and process parts.
