How to use CNC lathes more safely?

1. Please wear work clothes and safety shoes when working. Shirts should be tied into pants, and work clothes collars and cuffs should be tied up. Sandals, slippers, high heels, vests, skirts and scarves are not allowed into the workshop to avoid burns. It is forbidden to operate the machine tool with gloves. If you have long hair, wear a hat or hairnet.
2. It is strictly prohibited to leave the work station to do anything unrelated to the operation while the machine tool is running. Playing and fighting in the workshop is strictly prohibited. When the machine tool is running, it is strictly prohibited to shuttle between the machine tools.
3. Work should be done on designated machine tools and computers. Without permission, other machine tools, tools or electrical switches are not allowed to be tampered with.
4. When a certain job requires two or more people to complete it together, attention should be paid to coordination between them.
5. Before starting up, a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the CNC lathe should be carried out, including the operation panel, guide rail surface, jaws, tailstock, tool holder, tools, etc., and operation can only be carried out after confirmation.
